VACANCY: HOUSEKEEPER MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Experience conducting daily inspections of guestrooms and public spaces to increase overall guest satisfaction.
• Experience to turn in and login in all lost and found items and returning any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.
• Experience reporting property damage cases in the apartment spaces to the supervisor.
• Experience in responding to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills collecting broken glass, remove trash and debris.
• Experience to perform detailed deep cleans of the upholstered furniture when required.
• Experience monitoring the efficiency of housekeeping operations, by streamlining cleaning schedules and assignments standards that improved guestroom cleanliness including cleaning floors, making beds, changing and arranging the towels, vacuuming, dusting surfaces and rearranging the room after guests check out throughout the apartment.
• Experience in leading cross-communication efforts, including social media handles inquiries, third-party booking firms, and as well as monitoring maintenance issues, to improve room turnaround efficiency and achieve faster response to guest inquiries.
• Experience in implementing laundry flow process to increase laundry operation efficiency, including washing, drying, ironing and sorting linen as well as disinfecting and storing all equipment after guest’s checkout.
• Experience in optimising inventory control practices, restocking toilet supplies, and providing tidy and sanitary amenities to guests by ensuring reduction in waste and consistent availability of necessary supplies that will lead to service productivity.
• Ability to understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues and undergo training and sign the company’s contract.
• Above all, the ability to maintain a positive relationship with guests.
