• HOTEL RESERVATIONS, MINIMUM STAY DURATION, & MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:

The facility may not accept reservations of fewer than 3 nights.

The maximum number of occupants allowed in the three-bedroom apartment is six people, including children when sharing with adults, while the maximum number of allowed occupants in the two-bedroom apartment is four people, including children when sharing with adults

• PAYMENT OF RENTAL FEES:

Bookings for 10 days or more: We reserve the right to request a deposit of a minimum of 5 nights or more, and further terms & conditions may apply; for further details, please contact the facility manager directly.

Your credit card/ debit card details are required to guarantee the reservation; however, no charge will be made at the time of booking (*excluding prepaid offers).

Reservations cancelled outside of the cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to a one-night stay, which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards before arrival. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy.

For prepaid offers, the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Third-party bookings may have different cancellation policies depending on the contractual agreements for each individual with specific third-party

Cash payments are welcome in the facility. If you choose to pay in cash upon arrival, a security deposit in the form of cash or a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card will be requested, along with a government-approved photo ID. Acceptable identifications include a passport or driving license and NIN.

• CAUTION DEPOSIT REFUND/INSPECTION REQUIREMENT:

All caution deposits must be paid in advance and a receipt issued before check-in. The apartment must be inspected by the authorized staff of E-VAC HOMES and confirmed to be in good condition to qualify the guest for a refund of the caution deposit.

• CANCELLATIONS:

Cancel your E-VAC HOMES booking online or contact the facility directly by the time stated in the confirmation email. Failure to do so will result in an amount equal to the value of the first night’s accommodation being charged to compensate the facility for its loss of earnings (‘the Cancellation Fee’). Deposits paid by the guest will be applied against the Cancellation Fee owed.

(E)  NON-ARRIVALS:

In the event of a guest’s non-arrival (no-show), an amount equal to the value of the first night’s accommodation charge will be applied to the credit card that was used to guarantee the booking or billed backed to the company where credit facilities are established to compensate the facility for its loss of earnings (‘the Cancellation Fee’). Deposits paid by the guest will be applied against the Cancellation Fee owed.

(F) SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Any special instructions you have submitted with your booking should relate to your reservation and are likely to be addressed on the day of your arrival. If you have any more pressing requests, we would suggest you contact the facility manager directly by email or phone.

(G) RESPECTFUL TREATMENT OF PROPERTY:

We ask that you, your children, and your guests respectfully treat the apartment, its contents, and its furnishings. Accidents happen, and we request to be informed of accidents as they happen rather than at the final inspection on the departure day. In case of breakages or loss, we reserve the right to charge for the total replacement value of the items. However, if the property is left in good condition, the caution deposit will be refunded after exit.

(H) PERSONAL EFFECTS:

Guests are advised to ensure that no personal effects are left behind during checkout to avoid disposal. E-VAC HOMES will not be responsible for disposing of items after the guest vacates the apartment.

• SECURITY AND VALUABLES:

E-VAC HOMES shall not be responsible for any personal belongings brought in by the guest. Guests are advised to guard their valuables diligently by depositing them in the security safe during their stay.

• PET POLICY:

No pets are allowed in the apartment, and loitering in the hallway is prohibited.

• PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY:

Parents are liable for their children and shall not leave them unsupervised. E-VAC HOMES shall not be held responsible for injuries suffered by the child during the stay in the apartment.

•  CHECKOUT TIME:

Checkout must be done on or before noon of the checkout date. Guests who overstay on the property shall be charged a penalty fee of a full day payment for late check-out or forced eviction

• EXTENDED STAY CONFIRMATION:

If you extend your stay beyond the original checkout date, please confirm availability from E-VAC HOMES at least a week before the original checkout date to avoid conflict.

• ACCESS TO APARTMENT:

Under exceptional circumstances and with the guest's approval, it may be necessary for the owners to enter the apartment.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Guests are to keep their keys safe and not pass them on to unauthorized persons. Should the keys become lost or missing, E-VAC HOMES reserves the right to charge for replacements.

• WASTE DISPOSAL:

Guests agree not to dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks, or shower tray to avoid blockage. Guests are not to litter the apartment but are to safely/neatly dispose of all garbage into the dustbins provided.

• SUBLETTING AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES:

The guest undertakes not to sublet the apartment or use the same for illegal activities. E-VAC HOMES reserves the right to terminate a booking at any time on the grounds of breach of any of the above-stated rules, mistreatment of property, or criminal activity on the part of those occupying the apartment.

• VIDEO SHOOTING:

No skit video or commercial video shooting is allowed in the apartment without permission from E-VAC HOMES.

• DRINKS POLICY:

Drinks in the apartment are for sale except for the complimentary wine and water in the refrigerator.

• CLEANING SCHEDULE:

Apartment cleaning can be done between 8 am to 12 pm. Kindly note that cleaning the apartment may take up to 2-3 hrs.
